Customer Care
Our store policy is simple: all customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cigars and/or utilize the lounge. We do not accept returns on cigars, however we will replace cigars that are damaged or defective. We also strive to keep our customers satisfied, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Thank you for understanding.
